HOW TO REGISTER A DISPUTE

The great majority of ticket purchases go smoothly, but occasionally things can go wrong. If you’ve had a problem in buying tickets or with tickets you have bought, we might be able to help you.

In the first place, you should always contact the box office or agent from whom you bought your ticket(s); most problems can be sorted out by the original ticket seller and we can’t help you unless you have already tried to resolve the matter directly with them. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

STAR is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute as an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.

You can therefore ask for your dispute to be considered through our official ADR process.

NOT A MEMBER?

Unfortunately we cannot help you with disputes against ticket sellers that are not members of STAR.
