DISPUTE HANDLING DURING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) PANDEMIC
The cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of all live events while there is a UK Government ban on public gatherings is inevitably leading to questions and concerns for ticket holders.
The great majority of issues are being dealt with by our members as soon as possible through direct contact with their customers. We are asking customers to be patient and kind as box offices, ticket agents and other ticket sellers are working as hard as they are able to help you during this extremely difficult period.
If you have an unresolved dispute with one of our members then you should complete our online form to register this with us so that we can consider it under our procedure for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Please note that the number of customers contacting STAR at this time is also higher than usual and, for some cases, this will unfortunately result in delays to the handling of queries and disputes within the usual timescales outlined in our ADR procedure.
