The Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager assists the Ticketing & Sales Manager in ensuring that we optimise sales and revenue management. You’ll be responsible for making sales, processing exchanges or other troubleshooting for customers coming directly to the venue Box Office. This includes proactively selling and cross-selling theatre tickets, memberships, packages, lounges and ancillary products.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded individual with experience in supervising or managing a team to join us as a Deputy Ticketing & Sales Manager, to achieve and exceed targets, who has a collaborative nature and a flexible and creative approach to assist in running our busy box office. This is a maternity cover position for 12 months.
Reporting to the Sales & Ticketing Manager, you will have a shared responsibility for managing the ticketing system, maintaining producer and stakeholder relationships and ensuring that the audience receives the best service & visitor experience.
