How to make a complaint about your ticket purchase
The great majority of ticket purchases go smoothly, but
occasionally things can go wrong. If you've had a problem in
buying your tickets, you can consider taking this action:
In the first place, contact the box office or agent from whom
you bought your ticket(s); most problems can be sorted out by the
original ticket seller. If you get no response or are unhappy with
the response you are given, then

summarise your complaint as briefly and clearly as possible. Please
tell us about any correspondence or discussions you have already
had with the ticket seller. You may be asked to provide
copies of correspondence to help any investigation into your
complaint, but please do not attach any emails or
other correspondence at this stage; we will ask you if we need to
see anything.
